Lunch – two boiled eggs and cooked vegetables

Dinner – salad and grilled fish

Saturday:

Breakfast – two boiled eggs and citrus

Lunch – fruit

Dinner – chicken and vegetables

Sunday:

Breakfast – two boiled eggs and citrus

2. The second week
