FUNCTIONAL FOODS TO COMBAT AND PREVENT CANCER

In nature we can find different foods that can help us both to reduce and to fight cancer. Although no diet ensures that we get rid of this disease depends on the combination of various factors, it can reduce the risk. Whole grains, fruits and vegetables have anticancer properties.

Cancer is a disease that occurs worldwide relates to the interaction of genetic and hormonal factors and unhealthy lifestyle habits such as consumption of snuff or alcohol, emotional stress and inadequate nutrition.

Here are a number of foods that are functional for the prevention and fight against cancer:
